The owners purchased this cottage as an income property and wanted to make it cozy & rentable. Together with Vision Design TGM, we opened up the kitchen, extended the bathroom into the old dining area, installed a large new shower, moved the washer/dryer into this space, added recessed lighting throughout.
In the guest bedroom, we removed the closet and extended the space into an awkward nook in the living area.
